Music Teachers' Association of California®

MTAC-Alameda County East Branch offers music teachers many opportunities to exchange musical and pedagogical ideas, and gives their students a chance to be part of a larger musical community. Meetings are held regularly during the school year with guest lecturers, performances, master classes, and branch recitals.

 

Members may also have their students participate in the MTAC State-sponsored Certificate of Merit® evaluation program.  In order to participate in the Certificate of Merit® evaluations in the spring, teachers must have current MTAC membership status, and have their membership dues paid by July 31st of the previous year.
