(bio) Lero Wang is 17 years old. He has studied piano with Ms. Kirsten Smith since age six and currently studies with Dr. Natsuki Fukasawa. Lero was the Grand Winner in the National League International Young Artist Competition, the Grand Prize of the US New Star Piano Competition by Composer, and 1st place in the US New Star-International Piano Competition. He is the Memorial Scholarship Winner, 1st place in the Ruby Holland Piano Competition, 3rd place in the Conservatory of Music of the University of the Pacific Zeiter Piano Competition. Concerto winner of the Solano Symphony Orchestra Young Artist Competition and Finalist in the Chopin Avenue Piano Competition in Hong Kong. MTAC Young Artist Guild Granted Award, 2024 American Beethoven Society 38th Annual Young Pianist’s Beethoven Competition Winner, 2024 Great Composers International Music Competition Best Bach Performance Competition 1st Prize Winner. He has been admitted to BU Tanglewood Young Piano Artists Program.
