Online Forms and Payment

To register a student for  branch event, please follow the instruction below.

1) Click the appropriate online form below to register student.

2) Make Payment using Paypal.  

Enter student 's name and press "Add to Cart" button.  It will take you to Paypal checkout screen.  For entering multiple students, click "Continue Shopping" at the checkout screen (top right corner) which will take you back to this page, and repeat the process
